About AHRG

The Australian Historic Rally Group is a car club for owners and enthusiasts of historic competition and touring cars, formed by drivers who wanted to keep the rally era alive on quiet country roads.

Our focus is cars from 1960 to the present, but our heart is firmly in the great years between 1970 and 2000 — the era of Datsuns, Escorts, Toranas, Celicas, Galants, RX-7s, Group A and Group N.

We run six events a year — a mix of touring assemblies, regularity rallies and social rego runs. Events are sanctioned by Motorsport Australia and are open to members and visiting drivers.

Membership

Annual membership is $80 / single, $110 / family. Members receive the newsletter, discounted event entries, access to the club library, and a name badge on request.

Meetings

2nd Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October and December at Club Macquarie, Argenton, 7:00 PM. All members welcome — check before attending in case of last-minute changes.
